UAN Printer Service & Supplies
As of March 6, 2026, UAN Technical Support manages all service and repair requests for UAN-provided printers. If you experience a printer issue, contact UAN Support for assistance. Call 1-800-833-8261, e-mail UAN_Tech@OhioAuditor.gov
When contacting UAN Support, please have the following ready:
- Printer serial number
- Located on a sticker on the back of the printer and inside Tray 1.
- Helpful Tip: If the serial number is difficult to read, take a photo and zoom in for clarity. The number may also be located on the original shipping box.
- Entity information
- Your entity name and a brief description of the issue.
Supplies
Toner may be purchased from your preferred office supply vendor. For best performance and to prevent potential hardware issues, always use manufacturer-approved toner and printer parts.
Please note: Damage resulting from drops, liquid spills, lightning strikes, or other accidental or environmental causes is not covered by UAN Technical Support.
